Sign the agreement

1. What you're buying

Agency MAX is: (a) the Agency MAX skill pack, a set of digital files (skills, scripts, templates and the setup guide) for Claude Code; (b) one setup call; and (c) 30 days of 1:1 support by email or WhatsApp.

"Your first finished result within 1 hour of setup" is a goal for the setup call, not a guarantee of any business result.

2. Price and payment

The price is $500 USD, one-time. It is paid in full before anything is delivered.

3. Delivery

Agency MAX counts as delivered as soon as we send you the download link or the setup call takes place, whichever happens first.

4. No refunds

Agency MAX is a digital product. All sales are final once it is delivered, and there are no refunds, partial or full.

You confirm you had the chance to ask questions before buying, and that you are buying based on what is described on the Agency MAX page and in this agreement.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

If anything goes wrong, you agree to contact Lynam Up first (jordan@lynamupmedia.com) and give us a fair chance to fix it directly.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after delivery, for a product delivered as described, is a breach of this agreement.

You authorize Lynam Up to submit this agreement, your signature record and our delivery records (including the download email and setup call) as evidence in any dispute. Where the law allows, you are responsible for any dispute fees and reasonable collection costs we incur because of a chargeback you file in breach of this agreement.

6. License (what you can and can't do with the files)

You get a personal, non-transferable license to use Agency MAX for your own agency's work, on up to 3 computers used by you or your team members.

You may NOT resell, share, give away, publish, upload or redistribute the skills, scripts, templates or guide, in whole or in part, or use them to build a competing product.

Lynam Up keeps all ownership of Agency MAX. The work you make with it for your clients is yours. This license ends automatically if you break this section.

7. Third-party services

Agency MAX runs inside Claude Code, which needs your own Claude subscription (Pro or Max). Anthropic bills it separately. Agency MAX is a Lynam Up Media product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.

The video engine uses Remotion, whose own license applies to how you use it (it is free for individuals and small companies; larger companies may need a Remotion company license).

You agree to follow the rules of every platform and service you use with Agency MAX (for example ad platforms, social networks and hosting).

8. Support

Support lasts 30 days from your setup call. It covers help installing and using Agency MAX: questions, troubleshooting and guidance.

Support does not include Lynam Up doing client work for you.

9. No guarantee of results; as-is

We don't promise any particular result, such as views, leads, sales or clients. Except for what this agreement says, Agency MAX is provided "as is".

Lynam Up's total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for Agency MAX.

10. Your responsibilities

You will use Agency MAX lawfully. You will only run security checks on websites you own or are authorized to test. You are responsible for your own work and your clients' compliance (claims, ad rules, music rights and privacy).

11. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.

12. Electronic signature

You agree to sign electronically. Under the U.S. ESIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), typing your name, drawing your signature and ticking the boxes below is your legal signature, with the same effect as signing on paper.

13. Entire agreement

This is the whole agreement between you and Lynam Up about Agency MAX. It replaces anything said or written before. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
