About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of max.lynamupmedia.com and to Agency MAX, sold by Lynam Up Media (Jordan Lynam, Maryland, USA) (“we,” “us”). When you buy, you also sign a purchase and license agreement at /agree. That signed agreement controls wherever it differs from these Terms.

What Agency MAX is

Agency MAX is a digital product: a set of skills, setup guides and workflows for Claude Code. It is sold as the Product Only pack, or as the full package with a setup call and 30 days of 1:1 support. What each option includes is described on this site and in the agreement for that option.

Agency MAX runs on third-party tools you subscribe to and pay for yourself, such as Claude, Higgsfield and Vercel. We don’t control those services, their prices, their availability or their output, and we aren’t responsible for changes they make.

Payment and refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars and paid in full, one time, before delivery. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Agency MAX is a digital product. All sales are final once it is delivered, and there are no refunds, partial or full.

Your license

You get a personal, non-transferable license to use Agency MAX for your own work, on the number of computers set out in your agreement. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the pack or any part of it.

Results

Examples on this site show what has been built with these tools. We don’t promise any particular income, number of clients or business result. Your results depend on your own work, skills, market and the third-party tools you use.

You are responsible for what you build and publish with Agency MAX, including checking it for accuracy, making sure you have the rights to any content you use, and following the law and the rules of the platforms you post on.

Using this site

Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it, or submit false or someone else’s information through its forms.

The site’s content, design, videos and text belong to Lynam Up Media or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and Agency MAX are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Agency MAX. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
