Who we are

Agency MAX is sold by Lynam Up Media (Jordan Lynam, Maryland, USA). Contact: jordan@lynamupmedia.com.

Information we collect

• Contact forms: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number (optional) and anything you write in your message.
• The purchase agreement: your legal name, business name, email, country, the boxes you tick, your typed name and your drawn signature.
• With a signed agreement, for the audit record: the time you signed, your IP address, browser user agent and language setting.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and talk with you about Agency MAX.
• To create, send and keep a record of the agreement you sign, and to deliver what you bought.
• To provide setup and support if your package includes it.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the site and deliver your purchase: Vercel (hosting), Google (email delivery) and Stripe (payments). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and signed agreements are delivered by email and are not stored in a database on this site. We keep those emails as long as needed for our business and legal records, including as proof of your agreement.

Security

Forms are sent over HTTPS, validated and rate-limited on the server, and nothing you type is published. No method of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing jordan@lynamupmedia.com. We may need to keep a signed agreement and payment records where the law or a dispute requires it.

Children

This site and Agency MAX are for adults running a business. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
